RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We accept returns and exchanges for items that do not correspond to the requested item. You can contact us from this link to our contact form.
To request a return of a product, the customer must notify us by email to our customer service department within 14 days of receiving the product, indicating the order number and detailing the reason for the return.
If the return is approved, the customer must send us the product(s) to the address that will be indicated in the contact, in the original packaging in which it was received; in addition, you must show us as proof of shipment, photos of the receipt where you can see the package data, indicate the shipping company and the tracking code. Once we receive the package, the refund will be made as detailed in the following paragraph. Depiday will be responsible for shipping costs, any damage caused to the product in transit, or loss of the package on the way back.
We will provide refunds only in cases where the product is damaged, or if the product received does not correspond to the product ordered. The customer must notify us of the incident within 14 days of receiving the package, sending us the necessary evidence, in photos or videos, which clearly show the wrong product or damage, along with photos of the package where the shipping information detailed therein can be clearly seen. If approved, the respective refund will be made.
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If payment was made by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card issuing bank within 7 – 10 business days of the refund being accepted.
If the refund does not appear, first check your account transactions again. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Then contact your bank, as the process may take some time before it is posted.
