One of the best purchases I’ve made in awhile. I’ve had chronic pain for half my life now and have found very little outside of deep tissue massage that helps ease my pain. This massager helps. While it’s not as good as a real massage, it’s the next best thing if you’re unable to afford massages. I’ve owned the first model of the Pure Wave percussive massager and a couple of cheaper vibrating devices. None were powerful enough to dig deep and offer much relief. This provides enough force to reduce muscle tension and trigger points. I use the strongest setting mostly, though the second strongest setting is good for when watching tv without as much noise interference. My wife prefers one of the middle settings.
