I had both of my shoulders repaired after living with torn rotators so severe in one that I had no ability to move my shoulder. Part of my recovery therapy used rubber bands. After regaining the use of my shoulders, I continued to use the bands until they wore out. I am in my 60’s and find that weight lifting – which I have done all my life – gets me in trouble and results in hurting myself as much as not. At first I bought some other bands that looked like giant rubber bands that weren’t worth a hoot. I bought these after seeing them in use at a local gym. They are fantastic.
