At Depiday we work day after day to improve the customer experience, that is why we make sure to provide the greatest possible security, from the moment the order is placed until it is received at its place of delivery.
All of our orders are processed within 10-20 days, unless the order was posted on a holiday or weekend, in which case it will be processed the next business day.
Once processed, the order is sent to the customer. Once shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed.
Thanks to different agreements with shipping companies, Depiday makes national and international shipments.
All of our shipments are insured and have a tracking number that can facilitate the delivery of your order.
* If the client does not put the correct address in the order, and does not notify us before his order leaves our warehouses, thus making the package cannot be delivered due to the incorrect address, there will be no option to refund and a subsequent Shipping of said package will be at the customer’s expense.
* In the event that at the time of delivery of the order it is not possible to contact the client, it is notified via mailbox and if the package is not collected from the notified post office within 15 days, it will be sent to the factory again having lost said package no refund option.
* In case the shipment has already been made, it will not be possible to change the delivery address since the shipments are delivered by companies external to Depiday and we do not have the power to change the delivery address once the order has been sent. from the warehouse, so the client is responsible for the loss of the package in case of not having indicated the correct address, has changed house or similar.
